League Overview
This tennis league is free to play for all genders and all skill levels. Player info (Name, rank, availability, Signal username) can be found on the roster which is pinned in the signal chat. Sign up at the bottom of this page to be added to the roster. The schedule will be 8 weeks of league play, followed by a tournament. Players can use Signal private messages to challenge other players Any challenge can be accepted or denied. Both players agree on the day, time, and location of their match. If one or both players cannot make their scheduled match, no score will be submitted.Match Rules
Both players bring a fresh can of tennis balls and use one can for their match. The winner of the match keeps the unopened can. Only one player submits the match score via Google Forms. Matches are best 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets A 10-point tiebreaker may be played instead of a 3rd set if both players agree.Point Calculation – “Leapfrog Plus”
If the winner is ranked higher, they gain 30 points. If the winner is ranked lower, their total score is the loser’s point total plus 30 points. The loser gets 1 point per game that they won. In the event of a forfeit, the loser gets 1 point for every game they’ve won and any sets not played will be considered 6-0 for the winner.Sign up for the league
