If you wish to speak on a motion you may add yourself to the stack when the motion is presented or to reserve your spot ahead of time you can navigate to the Motions section on the left sidebar, click the person speaking icon next to the motion you’d like to speak on, and “Add me”. Once you are on the stack you can select if you’re speaking for or against the motion. When the motion is presented the stack will carry over.
